God has Declared it from the Beginning and it is Forever Settled in the Heavens!
Twisted truth is a complete lie. One can not change what God has written, nor can one give a private interpretation of His Word. God declared the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10); His Word is FOREVER settled in the heavens (Psalm 119:89) and He will do whatever He pleases (Psalm 115:3) so how can the created say to the Creator, "that's not really what He said". Is this not the twisted truth that the devil used in the beginning to deceive Eve? (Genesis 3:1). Yet, today this very statement is heard within the walls of the Christian church, God forbid that mans words would override the Written Word of God. (Romans 3:4) Let God be true and every man a liar).

Shalom! It has been a few years since I last posted. Cancer has its way of
turning your world upside down. If you let it, it will not just consume you,
it will change you. Tom, my husband was diagnosed with multiply myeloma in
January 2018. He started chemotherapy on March 5th. 2018 and here we are after
two stem cell transplants and now into four years of chemo treatments I have
risen from the ashes of this horrible disease in hopes to revive my blog and
my witting in general. I have change the title and narrative for this blog to
focus more on the truth of our identity in Christ. In the beginning God
created us in His image and in His likeness. God saw all that He had made and
it was very good… so what happened to the GOOD? Stay tuned as I navigate
through God’s Word and let the Holy Spirit reveal and teach me the eternal
purpose of our existence. Now unto the King eternal, Immortal, Invisible, the
only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. AMEN!

There is an appetite for sin that dwells within our flesh and an emptiness within our soul that longs for wholeness. We confuse one with the other trying to fill the emptiness by satisfying the appetite. Jesus said, "If we hunger and thirst after His righteousness we would be filled" We will be completely satisfied and made whole. When we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, all things shall be given unto us. My friends, today, you can taste and see that the Lord is good. Today, you can believe in the goodness of God in the land of the living. Stop looking at the world and things in the world to make you complete. You are made complete in Christ. The One who can, and will make all things new!
Proverbs 27:7, "The full soul loatheth a honeycomb, but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet."
Revelation 21:6, "And He said, It is done! I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely."

Excerpts from Tattooed by Jesus and My Thoughts…
Chapter One: “For years I freaked out to see roach, lying on its back, batting the air with squirming legs. Why do creatures live? Where do they go when they die? When will I die? The deepest parts of my soul asked these questions for as long as I can remember. My fear of death began with my very first memory.”
Fear paralysis. Fear causes us to disconnect. Fear sucks us into an introvert state of mind, and Fear brings torment.
1 John 4:18
There is no fear in love; but perfect love cast out fear: because fear hath torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.
Fear of death. Fear of killing words.
Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
At three years old and I am already emotionally tired. In need of safety and comfort. A realization of needing someone to save me. A need to protect my mom from death. Wishes became a form of prayer to an unknow God. I curl up by the window and hide my eyes.
Matthew 6:22-23
The eye is the lamp of the body; so, then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. “But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!
I developed a defensive mode. My only escape, I love the sun. It warms me, inside and out. I’m not scared when Mr. Sun shines bright in the sky.
Psalm 19:1-6
The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands. Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words;
Their voice is not heard. Their line has gone out through all the earth, and their utterances to the end of the world in them He has placed a tent for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber; It rejoices as a strong man to run his course. Its rising is from one end of the heavens, and its circuit to the other end of them; And there is nothing hidden from its heat.
Fear brings the “what ifs”
I grew up thinking like an adult and not a child. Survival thinking through a jungle of fear, swinging on emotions, searching for the very thing I need most, a Savior.
Hebrews 2:14-15
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also (Jesus) Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil. And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
2 Timothy 1:7
God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and love, and a sound mind.
1 Corinthians 15:51-58
Behold, I show you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruption must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So, when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying, death is swallowed up in VICTORY! O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God which gives us the VICTORY through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
As a child I hid my eyes from the world. Running from the darkness within my own soul. As a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, I now, lift my eyes, up over the hills of this world and all its woes for I know where my help comes from. My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
In this fallen world, I look unto to Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith.
In the midst of a world of darkness and sin, Jesus has risen from the dead! Yes, I see Jesus, exalted above the heavens. I see Jesus, high and lifted up and His train fills the temple. I can hear the angles cry; Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of host: the whole earth is full of His glory!
My eyes have seen the King of Glory!

Forgiveness...
Forgiveness is one of the hardest things I have witnessed within the Christian Community and yet, we are commanded to forgive as we have been forgiven. When the disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray, He taught them, “Forgive our debts as we forgive our debtors.” …throughout scripture we see this principal of forgiveness plays a vital role in our spiritual growth and within our relationships with one another.
Still, every one of us have experienced and struggled with being offended and upset. We have been hurt by a friend, or someone we trusted. Unforgiveness can range from a small offense through words spoken or as big as the betrayal of a close friend or someone within leadership of a church. Whatever the reason there is no excuse to harbor unforgiveness toward anyone. Colossians 3:13 “Therefore as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering. Bearing with one another, and FORGIVING one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on LOVE, which is the bond of perfection."
The Apostle Paul knew this principle. A self-righteous Pharisees, a murderer of Christians. He knew He was the chief of all sinners. He knew he was forgiven. With forgiveness comes the ability to love. God so loved He gave and in His giving, He forgave the sins of the world. Your sin and my sin, forgiven. He first loved us that we could in return love Him. And in loving Him we to must love one another and forgive one another. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” The principle of forgiveness is “The Way” and “The Truth” and the “The Life” that we as Christians and followers of Jesus Christ must live. It is a choice. The only feeling that comes with forgiveness is love. If we love God we must choose to forgive as we have been forgiven. The act of forgiveness is obedience and a desire for God’s will to be done. In the Words of our Savior, “Let Thy kingdom come, let Thy will be done” …” Not My Will, but Thy will be done” ...” Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.”
Forgiveness is not complicated. It’s not too hard. Unless, we expect an emotional satisfaction and response from the person or situation that has brought you to the place of unforgiveness. You might walk away disappointed with more bitterness in your heart, and never know the freedom that comes through forgiveness.
We must be willing to let God examine our hearts to see if there is any wicked way, and yes, unforgiveness is a wicked way to live your live. “Search me, O God, and know my heart, try me, and know my anxieties: and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” A prayer of Kings David’s that we should all adapt as a daily prayer for lives.
Recently I came face to face with someone who still holds unforgiveness in their heart toward me. I could see it. I could feel it. But what bothered me the most, I could tell they were in bondage to the unforgiveness. When we live in unforgiveness we will see through the eyes of unforgiveness. The devil will hold us captive at his will through our unforgiveness. It is upsetting to know that it is for freedom that Christ set us free, and we are not free.
I ask. I challenge all of us today. Will you put on tender mercies? Will you show kindness with humility, meekness and longsuffering? Will you bear one another’s burdens? Will you FORGIVE one another as Christ has forgiven us? Will you, above all, put on love? Love is the bond that will keep us and bring us to perfection.
Forgiveness is not taught. Forgiveness is a choice. Forgiveness has everything to do with, “Not my will, but Thy will be done.” Amen.
Live in Forgiveness! Live in Freedom!

Immaginations and Thoughts of The Heart....
Throughout the history of human existences the imagination of man's heart has been evil, continually. Eve was deceived by the serpent. She imagined the fruit to be appealing to the eye resulting in a desire to lust after it, questioning what God had said. Adam was disobedient to God his creator; within his imagination he thought he could cover his sin and hide from God. Cain allowed his imagination against his brother Able, he compared his offering as not good enough, thus hate entered his heart and he killed his brother. Sin begins within our thoughts, our imaginations. Jesus said if one lust after a woman in his mind he has already committed adultery. If one hates his brother he is a murderer. We are instructed in God’s Eternal Word to cast down vain imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing “every thought” into the obedience of Christ. We deceive ourselves if we think we can have peace while we continue to entertain the imaginations of our hearts. This will only lead to more vanity within our imaginations feeding the appetite of sin, and when sin is conceived it brings forth death. God who searches out hearts and understands the imaginations of our thoughts has made a promise to us, that if we seek Him, He will be found. When we seek Him with all our hearts. Amen!
Let’s seek Him with a perfect heart and a willing mind!
Let’s Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth!
Let’s turn from our idols to serve the Living God!
Isaiah 55:7-12
“Let the wicked forsake his way; and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him: and to our God for He will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater. So shall my Word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you with singing, and all the tress of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”…Glory!
Proverbs 16:3
Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thought shall be established…
Deuteronomy 29:19
And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
Jeremiah 7:24
But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
Romans 1:21
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
1 Chronicles 28:9
And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.
1 Chronicles 29:18
O Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this for ever in the imagination of the thoughts of the heart of thy people, and prepare their heart unto thee.
There is an appetite for sin that dwells within our flesh and an emptiness within our soul that longs for wholeness. We confuse one with the other trying to fill the emptiness by satisfying the appetite for sin. Jesus said, “hunger and thirst for His righteousness and you will be filled; seek first His kingdom and all things will be given unto you.”
My thirst for the Almighty Eternal God is greater than the pleasures of sin…Jesus is the substance I desire, the very essence of my being…Bonnie Kae Lentz October 16th. 2014
Hebrews 4:12...For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Seek out the Book of the Lord and read, for it is His Word that is forever settled in heaven!
Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting...

Not of This World...
Even though we are in the world, We are not of this world...fix your heart on that which is eternal, in your soul and seek to know truth. God loves you! The world as we know it will self-destruct. For man left to himself will destroy himself. The evidence is before our very eyes. The Bible speaks concerning the latter times that good will be evil spoken of and darkness will become light and light darkness...a shift in the earth that will cause darkness to cover the earth and gross darkness the people. This is the world we live in today...it's not just wars and rumors of war, but people being loves of self-more than lovers of God. Its people having no conscience of right and wrong...children are unruly and disobedient, along with natural Disasters, because all creation groans to be redeemed from the curse of sin and death. There will also be persecution not against religion, but against Jesus Christ Himself, and anyone who dares to take a stand for His truth written within the pages of The Bible. Darkness is coming and has come upon the face of the earth...and Jesus warns us, that the love of many will wax cold. They will eat, drink with no concern for tomorrow. A selfish world filled with the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life. This world lies in wickedness, evil has turned it into a wilderness, but I know in the midst of it all, God has prepared a table in the presence of this darkened world through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ...no matter where you find yourself, please remember there is a God in heaven who loves you and waits for you to lift up your eyes over this world that you might receive the enlightenment of who He is, the Lord Jesus Christ who has redeemed us by His own blood. Whatever you do in this life or don't do, never deny Him. He is the Portal to which we enter into eternity. And you will exit this life and enter into that which is eternal, that which the depths of our souls have longed to know and understand will be revealed. We are not of this world, we were not created for evil, and we were not created to dwell in darkness. We will never be satisfied with what this world offers, because we are created in the image and likeness of God, who is light and in Him there is darkness. God who inhabits eternity, God who stretched out the heavens to dwell in desires to dwell with you, in you, and through you. Why? Because He created you for His glory and for His pleasure. You will never be fully satisfied until you seek Him with all your heart, then and then only will He be found of you. Then you will know that He is and there is none else. Jesus loves you! Seek Him to know Him, then you will understand that which is eternal and this world we live in is not our home.
These things I command you, that you love one another. If the world hate you, you know that it hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love his own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said unto you, the servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept My sayings, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do unto you for My name’s sake, because they know not Him that sent me. John 15:17-21
I have given them Thy word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that Thou should take them out of the world, but that Thou should keep them from evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through Thy truth: Thy word is truth. As Thou has sent me into the world, even so have I sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on Me through their word. John 17:14-20
My Kingdom is not of this world: if My kingdom were of this world then would My servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is My kingdom not of this world. John 18:36
